The easy-to-operate MO55 features display icons that indicate the levels of moisture content, along with an audible alert that becomes faster as the moisture level increases.
Ideal for building restoration projects and applications where moisture detection is critical, the MO55 offers both pin and non-invasive (pinless) measurement methods. The pin mode provides direct contact with the material, while the pinless mode can measure moisture up to 1 inch below the surface without causing any damage. This makes the MO55 a valuable tool for analyzing the after-effects of water leakage.
The MO55 comes complete with a set of pins (2), a protective cap, and a 9V battery, allowing you to start measuring moisture levels in wood, wall board, sheet rock, cardboard, concrete, plaster, and mortar right away. The moisture icons on the display provide a visual reference for low, medium, and high levels of moisture, while the data hold function freezes the readings on the display for easy reference.
